Shape & Tone


A fantastic 45 minute indoor bike workout that will push you to your limits, burn calories and get you into shape. Perfect for begginers or serious cyclists this fast activity will give you that feel good factor.


A great fitness session for all abilities of which our instructors will keep everyone challenged. Easy on the joints, aquafit combines fun fitness with cardio, core, balance and strength training.  perfect for those with limited mobility or those looking to improve their wellbeing through weight loss.


Enjoy our low-impact hour long pilates exercise class that works on improving your flexibility, postural alignment while at the same time strengthening your muscles.


High Intensity Training


Insanity classes target the entire body, beginning with an accelerated warmup and moving into three intense blocks of work, each one targeting a different element of fitness. The cardio-based, total-body conditioning programme is based 'max interval training', supposedly a faster way of burning calories.


Our Ab Attack exercise classes are great for those who really want to target their core muscles – The thirty minute session will get you working into a sweat as you strengthen your stomach, obliques and back in a supercharged atmosphere!


Tabata is a high intensity interval class lasting 45 minutes, warm up followed by 4 sections of intense full body body weight exercises then a cool down and stretch, each exercise is taught with easy and hard options so the class is suitable for all levels of fitness.

Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why these classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Mind & Body


It’s suitable for any age or experience. Drop in and learn or practice the fundamental yoga poses while concentrating on healthy alignment and establishing a deeper connection with your body. Style will vary, sometimes working slowly and other times more powerfully with postures linked dynamically with your breath.
